Located in one of the strongest and most culturally diverse cities in Southeast Michigan, the Canton Lions Club has been serving the local community for over 43 years.  Our membership reflects the diversity of our community and includes everyone from families relatively new to the area to long-standing community leaders.  You are invited to join us!

The Canton Lions Club is an all volunteer organization.  Every penny raised goes directly to help those in need.  With a focus on helping sight and hearing impaired residents of Southeast Michigan, the Club operates under the “We Serve!” philosophy.  You are welcome to serve the community with us!

Our talented and dedicated volunteers work year around to generate resources needed to support vital programs.  Main goals include professional eye exams, new glasses and corrective surgery for less fortunate members of our community.  We also collect eye glasses and hearing aids for redistribution to those in need.  Since our establishment in 1968, the Club has raised over $300,000 for these and other related worthy causes.

Check us out during one of our local community initiatives or sample a general membership meeting held the fourth Monday of every month.  Whether you would like to flip pancakes at our annual Pancake Breakfast, roll corn on the barbeque at the annual Corn Roast or host the service desk at a fundraising event, you’ll enjoy meeting new people and giving back to the community through the Canton Lions Club!
